DEEP CLEANING:
In all bathrooms, these tasks will be completed:
o Tub & shower area scrubbed & washed
o Sink scrubbed & washed
o Toilet scrubbed & washed (including base & behind)
o All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
o Mirrors & outside of medicine cabinet cleaned
o Soap dish & toothbrush holder cleaned
o Molding & corners wiped clean
o Door molding dusted
o Vanity top cleaned - items removed & replaced
o Towel bar & toilet paper holder wiped clean
o Exterior of light fixtures dusted, if reachable
o Baseboards dusted & wiped clean
o Floors vacuumed & washed
o Garbage emptied - exterior of can wiped down, bag replaced
o Overall room appearance neat & tidy
In all bedrooms, these tasks will be completed:
o Bed made & changed (if fresh linens are provided)
o Furniture, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted & cleaned
o All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
o Window sills wiped clean
o Molding & corners wiped clean
o Door molding dusted
o Baseboards dusted & wiped clean
o Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
o Floors vacuumed & washed (walk-in closet floors vacuumed, if
clear)
o Garbage emptied, exterior of can wiped down, bag replaced
o Overall room appearance neat & tidy
In all hallways & common areas, these tasks will be completed:
o Furniture, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted & cleaned
o All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
o Window sills wiped clean
o Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
o Molding & corners wiped clean
o Door molding dusted
o Baseboards dusted & wiped clean
o Floors vacuumed & washed
o Overall room appearance neat & tidy
In all other rooms, these tasks will be completed:
o Couch vacuumed & wiped clean (as required)
o Tabletops/desks dusted & wiped clean
o Laundry en suite wiped & floor washed
o Furniture, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted & cleaned
o All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
o Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
o Window sills wiped clean
o Molding & corners wiped clean
o Door molding dusted
o Baseboards dusted & wiped clean
o Floors vacuumed & washed
o Garbage emptied, exterior of can wiped down, bag replaced
o Overall room appearance neat & tidy
In the kitchen and any bar areas, these tasks will be completed:
o Counters cleaned - all items removed & replaced, if possible (uncluttered)
o Cupboard fronts spot cleaned
o Faucet and sink cleaned & polished if dishes are not present
o Backsplash cleaned and splatter free
o Kitchen table cleaned & organized
o Furniture, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted & cleaned
o Outside of fridge cleaned
o Outside of stove cleaned
o Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
o Outside of dishwasher cleaned
o Exterior of all appliances on counters wiped clean, interior of microwave cleaned
o All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
o Molding & corners wiped clean
o Door molding dusted
o Blinds dusted, if sturdy
o Inside of stove cleaned
o Sweep and mop the floors
